Private Clients
Services provided by Intelligent Design Studios (iNDS) include drafting and design support up to the Construction Certificate (CC) stage.
iNDS does not provide construction or building services and is not responsible for works carried out beyond the scope of its engagement. Where required, clients may be referred to independent, third-party consultants, project managers, and licensed builders to facilitate subsequent project stages.
Any such referrals are provided as a convenience only, and iNDS makes no representations or warranties regarding the services, performance, or outcomes of those third parties. Engagement with external consultants or contractors is at the client’s sole discretion and risk. iNDS makes no commission from its referrals to recommended third parties.
Vectorworks Training & Template Purchases
All purchases of Vectorworks templates and training services are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the available product information and determined that the materials are suitable for their intended use. Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate access provided upon purchase or delivery, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered.
For training services, fees are charged for time and expertise delivered, and are therefore non-refundable once the session has been completed or commenced.
Template Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This Vectorworks template is provided as a starting point to assist with project setup and workflow. While every effort has been made to ensure the template is functional, organised and suitable for professional use, no warranty is given that it is free from errors, omissions, incompatibilities or that it will meet the specific requirements of every user or project.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review, test and verify the suitability of the template for their intended use before relying on it. The purchaser remains solely responsible for all drawings, models, documentation, calculations, design decisions and deliverables produced using this template.
By purchasing or using this template, the purchaser acknowledges that they assume all risks associated with its use. Intelligent Design Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the template, including but not limited to project delays, loss of productivity, rework, data loss, software issues, financial loss, loss of profits, or claims made by third parties.
The template is supplied “as is” and is intended as a productivity tool only. It does not replace professional judgement, quality assurance processes, or compliance with applicable codes, standards and project requirements.
By purchasing and using this template, the purchaser understands and agrees to these terms.
Licence Scope & Restrictions
This licence is granted to the individual purchaser and permits use of the template for personal, educational, or professional work, including use within their place of employment or business.
The licence allows the purchaser to utilise the templates in the preparation of drawings, models, documentation, and other project deliverables produced for clients, employers, or educational purposes.
The purchaser may use the templates on behalf of their employer or business; however, ownership of the licence remains with the purchaser and does not transfer to any third party.
The purchaser must not:
- Reproduce, distribute, share, upload, sublicense, loan, rent, or resell the templates or associated materials.
- Provide copies of the templates to colleagues, contractors, consultants, students, educational institutions, or any other third party.
- Allow the templates to be used by individuals who have not separately obtained a licence from Intelligent Design Studio (iNDS).
- Remove copyright notices, attribution requirements, licence information, or embedded ownership details.
- Market, distribute, or represent the templates, in whole or in part, as their own intellectual property.
Where a template is used within an office environment, the licenced purchaser may utilise the template as part of their normal employment duties; however, other staff members are not authorised to extract, copy, retain, distribute, or continue using the template independently unless they have obtained their own licence.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of these materials constitutes copyright infringement and may result in enforcement action.
Licence Acceptance
Prior to the completion of any template purchase, the purchaser must review and accept the Intelligent Design Studio (iNDS) Vectorworks Template Licence Agreement.
Acceptance may be recorded through an online acknowledgement form, digital checkbox confirmation, signed PDF agreement, email confirmation, or other written acceptance method approved by Intelligent Design Studio.
A copy of the accepted licence agreement may be retained by Intelligent Design Studio for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
By completing the purchase, downloading the templates, or using the supplied materials, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this licence agreement.
